Dear Randy,

As you know, SCC-MTA has spun off a PAC, Build Democracy, End Corporate Rule (BDECR), to promote a Santa Clara County ballot initiative affirming that corporations don't have constitutional rights and money is not free speech. Last week's email included a flyer describing the kickoff event for the ballot initiative campaign, at which MTA's David Cobb will be joined by our own Assemblyman Jim Beall and by San Jose City Councilmember Ash Kalra. The flyer is also attached to this message.

We look forward to seeing you at the kickoff -- it's the start of something really important!.
