I realize that facilitation and media have been missing one-another on getting minutes from GA to Google Doc to Tumblr / our Website.

I had spoken with Anthony, and volunteered to grab them and get them to tumblr, if they were all posted and up to date here in the Facilitation Google Group.

That said, Lucky (and Libby)  have been trying to get the ability to help. So, I created a new tumblr account (you need one to be a member who can post), and sent those credentials to Lucky. So far, minutes and Movement Updates are accessible to posting from this account.

I will post this in Facilitation and Remote WG Google Groups.

Anyone else needing access, run it through us here at Media.
It would be logical to limit membership to as small a number as is necessary, and instructions may be required.

Minutes look very different in google docs, in tumblr, and finally imorted on our dite.

Though I've attempted to streamline this, I may have to go back in and redo the templates to not use Headings or other such tags at all - and simply specify bold, font size, etc, to try to make it look the same as many places as possible -

another thought, as I've seen on other sites, is that we simply abbreviate the minutes and add a link - like this:
--------------------------------------------------------

OCCUPY KC GENERAL ASSEMBLY

11/12/2011

Proposals reaching consensus:

Town Planning

: Chad: To use same 3 step process as Peacekeeping to address issue of occupiers that do not help with camp or participate in any activities at all and are just eating and dirtying things. Step 1. Town Planning members to address issue with specific individual. Step 2. If not resolved, deny access to shared donated resources. Step 3. Provide care package and information about available community resources to individual, and ask them to leave.

Proposals not reaching consensus:

Town Planning

: Dustin: Request to have gas card on site to use to buy fuel for generator.

* Motion did not pass and was tabled. Proposer to address directly with Treasury workgroup.

Facilitation info:

Facilitator:  Shamus
Timekeeper: -
Stack taker: Chad
Live-stream: Mike
Minutes: Tony

attendance: 23
Location: Liberty
Begin time: 6:58
End time: 7:20

For complete minutes: Google Doc  |  HTML
