Friday, February 17, 6:45 PM  The University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Black Studies Program will sponsor poet, professor and lecturer Sonia Sanchez as its keynote speaker at the UMKC School of Education, Room 115, 615 E. 51st St., Kansas City, Mo. 

Sunday, February 19, 1:00 PM February 29 Phone Bank at St. Mark's Lutheran, 3800 Troost Ave. Join us at St. Mark's Lutheran to make phone calls to Occupy Kansas City supporters and give them a heads up on our upcoming events. Pizza will be provided.
