Hey All,
Just wanted to ask if anyone has extra fabric, even things such as bed
sheets, pillowcases, old clothing (specifically tanks/tees/shorts),
pipe cleaners or felt, in colours that jive with our food theme, ie
green, purple, red, orange, please bring them to the World Peas Expo
as they can be of great use to the design and creation of our farm
fashions. Please consider that these items would be donated as they
are likely to be altered and not returned.
Also, if anyone is interested in being part of the design team....I
missed the meeting where we discussed the fashion show in detail, then
pls contact me and we can keep in touch. I will also be bringing this
up at the next meeting so no worries on responding.
Pps, the idea was tossed out there for the meeting location to be the
5th floor of OISE. If there are any objections please post em, I vote
by Friday we should have this confirmed.

Hey Laura, Jacob here.
On Tuesday I sent out the email inviting people for our final pre-peas planning meeting to happen in the Map Room in Hart House from 6:00-730 on Monday Feb 6th.

Also I will put the call out to Sharing Toronto, and other sharing groups to look for fabrics and fashion materials.

Laura, Ossington old orchard school had a basement full of art materials, fabric and other things. if you go there and say that it is for the educational purposes they might give it to you. check it out.
