Esteemed members of the Burlington Occupation:
Please review Revised Charter for the Finance Working Group. Many are
technical and trivial, and some are significant.
At the General Assembly, I will propose to accept the revised charter
except for section 5. I will propose this section separately to permit
us to discuss it separately. There are details which may need to be
modified.
