HI everybody.
After proposing changes in our charter, I realized that new developments
required some additional changes. I am forwarding the entire document
with all of the changes to you to comment these changes. Please review
them and let me know what you think. Since we typically get at most five
people to a meeting, may I consider approval by five people to be
adequate for forwarding this to the larger community? I will look for
approval by regular attendees, also. Please comment.
