First off, a special thanks to Dallas for organizing the team,
and to Amanda, Paige, Bryan and James for stepping up to help!
Was James first GA as a Facilitator!

I made a lot of errors, but learned a lot. A few questions I wasn't
sure how to handle:

1) We had Quorum, barely, when we started proposals. Should we retake
this count at the beginning of each Proposal on the stack, or if
Quorum is reach at the beginning of proposals, do we not retake the
count until we take Consensus?

2) Can the same working group make more than one report-back? If
coming from two different members? and related, Can one person present
two proposals? Seven proposals?

3) When I ask for time extensions, am I looking for 75% to make the extension?

the story:

Claire brought two proposals. I asked her to address them separately,
and she lost Quorum by the time the second proposal came up. There was
a point of process on it, and I suggested the proposal become a
special topic. Got sparkles on it, and that is what we did.

One suggestion/thought from tonight:

At the beginning of each part of the GA, stack-taker could announce
the number of people on stack in that category. This would give
participants a rough idea of how long that portion of the meeting will
last. Time allotments could be adjusted on the spot by the
facilitator, and the knowledge could inform people's decisions on how
long to discuss each proposal.

Many Thanks!
Bz
