Special topic: What do we want from the city in order to declare "victory" and leave City Hall?

Dave will be bringing up a special topic tonight about what we want from city hall (he was asked by the city manager, I think, what we needed to see from the city to declare victory and go away, so the discussion has been opened from the city's side if we choose to engage in that conversation). I'll be down there in a few minutes, but I wanted to let everyone know so it can get on stack (if someone happens to get this in time). I don't think it will be contentious since we aren't coming to any decisions yet, but it might take a while.

How about running all the banks out of town and providing public land for the homeless?  If they did that, they would have my complete support and eternal gratitude. :)
