Outreach materials for Sunday's picnic

Hey everyone,

I'm asking each working group to please prepare outreach materials for the picnic. If you can work among yourselves to create and make copies of informational material, that would be ideal. Informational brochures about the issues you are specifically hoping to address, flyers, and sign-up sheets for people who would like to join your working group are recommended. I recommend that each working group bring clipboards to ensure things don't blow away, as well.

If your working group is having trouble creating or making copies of these documents or finding clipboards, please let me and/or others know so someone can step up and help.
