Dear Friends,
I am reaching out to notify you of an upcoming hearing in the Committee of Economic Development, Labor & Planning that will take place in the Iannella Chamber on the 5th floor of City Hall Thursday, October 30th at 11:00 a.m. 

Councilor Zakim and Councilor Murphy, recently sponsored a hearing order to discuss the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals process and related topics. The purpose of this hearing is to clarify the current process and find solutions that will benefit petitioners, the Board of Appeals, and residents in petitioner's neighborhoods. We have requested testimony from Board of Appeals members, Inspectional Services Department, and the Mayor's Office of Civic Engagement. You have been notified because of your participation in the appeals process. Please feel free to attend, offer testimony, or share this information with anyone you think might be interested.
