The Mayor's Office is proud to announce a Request for Proposals for the new project, "Portrait of a City." Boston-based artists are invited to submit for consideration two-dimensional work that captures some aspect of contemporary life in Boston. All submitted work must be able to be framed at a standard size (up to 24"x36"), and must be available in editions. Selected artwork(s) will be purchased by the Mayor's office by edition, with an initial purchase of up to 30 editions. Apply here by April 7th, 2014.
