General Assembly - Bottom Liners Needed

Facilitation needs the attendance of working group bottom liners to
arrive early at the church: Between 5 and 6 for this group.

This is essential to the coordination and planning and execution of
the agenda and in moving forward. If no bottom liner is able to attend
from a particular group, we will need an active member to be decided
on to represent you as such. It is important that we have one from
EACH group so that the ongoing work is represented properly and
without contention.

As the church is not technically available for our use until 6, we
will be congregating outside or wherever is necessary to accomplish
this.

Please keep facilitation informed in the meantime as to ongoing
progress as well.
