The Menu for the Vegan Buffet
= Soup: Red lentil with vegetables
= Grape leaves: stuffed with rice, raisins and flavorful herbs
= Spicy Salad: Chopped tomatoes, red onions, Parsley, long hot pepper, Walnuts, pomegranate sauce and extra virgin olive oil
= Hummus: Mashed Chick Peas with Sesame oil, Garlic, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil
= Babaghonnush: Pureed smoked eggplant, tahini, garlic with freshly squeezed lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil
= Green Beans: Green Beans, White Onions, tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil and Garlic

= Guest: Come for the vegan buffet and bring a something for the experiential circles that might represent your profession and your vision of a shift in planetary awareness. $15: enjoy entire event: 5-10.30 or so.
= Ambassador: Bring informational material or mobile visuals and define a space in the large party living room, pass out your cards and roam around the party room dialoguing with other guest: $35; includes one Guest to Vegan buffet; : enjoy entire event: 5-10.30 or so
= Sponsor: a table is available (in the Peaceburg Hall; leading to party living room) for additional information, visual and more (limited table space available): Suggested donation: $85; includes Three Guest to Vegan buffet and enjoy entire event: 5-10.30 or so

The Schedule of Activities:
= Sponsor Information Tables and Sponsors, Ambassadors and Guest roaming, conversing and socializing throughout the evening.
= Live streaming of the 33 hour global Barbara Marx Hubbard Webcast which will feature events from around the world. There will be global meditations, connections and activations linking 390 gathering sites. For additional information: http://birth2012.com/
= There will be a gift table for not wrapped gifts to receive or move forward to another owner
The time line for the main activities are:
= 5 pm: Arrival and socializing
= 5:45 pm: Welcome and experiential sharing circle to encourage connection
= 6:15: Vegan Buffet (see menu above)
= 7:45-8:30: Experiential visioning circle to create an interactive tapestry encouraging the transitional process of an Earth Reborn
= 9:30-10:15: Performance Circle will provide an opportunity for Sponsors, Ambassadors and Guest to share a personal expression of their felt sense related to the themes of the evening.
A performance interlude is a (30 second to a less than 5 minute) creative expression which may include: a sense of presence, the power of a look, the spoken word, musical instrumentation, harmonics, movement, improvisation, short rhythms, song melodies, art and costumes, a phrase, a primal sound, positions of trance and other creative expressions which evolve during the evening.
