Friday at 5 PM in the meeting tent at camp (across from Mess Tent):
"Discussion group on white privilege.
I will be prepared with discussion questions/ some structure to use as
needed. Please come and spread the word! Everyone is welcome and
invited but I anticipate it will be primarily people with white
privilege coming to educate ourselves and work out our issues.
Disclaimer of questionable value: I am a white male and I have led
discussion groups and been educated in various ways on white privilege
and related systems of social oppression in the past."
All are invited who would like to discuss issues of white privilege in
society and how it is reflected in the Occupy movement. Safe and non-
judgmental discussion.
This is the first of an ongoing series of discussions.
