Dear Colleagues,

 

Fall move in for returning students will be on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 [NOTE DATE CORRECTION].  Our office is preparing to collect those names of those students that will be required to arrive early on campus for Orientation week activities. Our office is approving two early arrival dates and times:

• Tuesday, August 23^rd from 9 am – 5 pm; and
• Thursday, August 25^th from 9 am – 5 pm

If you require a student to arrive on campus prior to Monday, August 29^th please complete the form on the link below. Students must arrive on the approved dates and times indicated above. Submissions to this form must be received by July 29^th, 2011 by 5 pm. The form should not be shared with students. The College will not be accepting direct requests from students; they must be approved by an academic or administrative department to arrive on campus early.
