Filing Form 8 (Nil) for LLP

Hi All,

I have registered an LLP in the month of APR 2024.

I am told that I need to file for form 8 (with Nil statement of accounts) within Oct 30th 2024.

Can anyone in the group kindly confirm if it's necessary/mandatory since there is no business generated yet.

If it's mandatory, is there any freelancer in the group who can do it for a nominal fee?
