It’s well understood that data centers are disastrous for the environment and the economy.

The strategic plan is clear. We need to make *people,* now and in future generations, the priority. It’s already hard enough to balance the needs of humans with the care of the environment.

AI bots steal our jobs and wreck our land. They make terrible neighbors. The only reason anybody lets a data center be built in their district is because big tech companies steamroll over them. Orange County is smarter than that, and stronger than that.
