Dear OC BOCC, 
I am writing to urge you to use your local policy-making power to oppose Data Centers and Detention Centers to protect your constituents and our community. I am in favor of a moratorium on the construction of new data or detention centers in Orange County.

On behalf of the Orange County Board of Commissioners thank you for sharing your viewpoints on data centers and detention centers.  We have a public hearing on a one-year moratorium on large-scale data centers on our April 21, 2026 business meeting at Southern Human Services.
