Frequent Harassment/Intimidation/Taunting. Illegal False Imprisonment. Based on Race/Color. Eno Haven Apartments.

Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 at approximately 3:45-4:00 pm, I was Falsely Imprisoned by Tonya, age 59, tenant in Unit 105, and Denise, tenant in Unit 323, 

I was blocked in/prevented from leaving the Eno Haven Apartments Fitness Room. They are very strong, large black females, weighing probably a combined 400 pounds. 

I am a 4 feet, 11 inches tall, small boned, about 135 pound, 69 year old white female with disabilities, including rare, painful, debilitating brain and spine conditions. 

Tonya was screaming at me,  lunged at me, and Denise was video recording with her phone. Both of them had the door blocked. 

3 other black tenants were outside the room in the hallway, looking on and didn't help me. Once Tonya and Denise finally let me out, a white male, John, tenant in Unit 319, was blocking the elevator/elevator buttons, so I could not escape by elevator to another floor.

I had gone in there to retrieve a casserole dish. No-one else was in the Fitness Room except me. 

I was stunned and scared. I only said "Pardon me" and "May I get through" a few times. 

Sunday, November 30th, 2025, Tonya charged towards me when I was outside, and thankfully I was able to enter my vehicle to get away from her. When I came inside, and thought Tonya was gone, I was talking to a male tenant. Tonya rushed up, screaming at me again. I entered the elevator, and returned to my apartment. 

A month or so ago, Tommy, tenant in 106, who is a very large black male, began video recording me as I walked in the Main Entrance. He screamed "You think YOU own this place!" and charged towards the elevator after me, video recording me, while a male on his phone was saying "go after her!" 

Another incident I was sitting outside on the bench talking to a tenant. Tonya, Denise and Denise's daughter pulled up in a car. They then began yelling things at me, including "WE'RE getting YOU OUTTA HERE!" They yelled "Racist!" and "WHITE DEVIL!" and "We're going to CHERRELL on Monday!" 

June 23rd, 2025, Tonya testified under oath in court: "The (Eno Haven Apartments) office told me to video record her as much as and as often as you can because we need evidence to get her out." The Eno Haven Apartments Office Manager/Management INSTRUCTED Tonya to taunt, harass, follow, antagonize, and try to provoke me. Hoping that I would respond in such a way as to cause a Lease Violation and subsequent Eviction of me. 

And it ESCALATED to me being Falsely Imprisoned on November 26th, 2025.

June 18th, 2025, Tommy's daughter and a thin black male stuck their phones in my face when I was at my garden spot, called me "A Karen" while Tommy, weighing about 300-400 pounds with his scooter, kept advancing towards me from one side, while Tonya came out of the Main Entrance. I was sandwiched in, taunted and harassed by 4 black people, weighing about 800-900 pounds. Tommy, in the presence of 2 Hillsborough Police officers, who did  NOTHING but LECTURE me,  rolled up to me and twice said "You're DEAD!" 

About a month ago or so, Tonya AND Cherrell falsely accused me of "directing" a comment towards Tonya. I was sitting outside having a private conversation with 91 year old Rosa.

About 4 police cars rushed to Eno Haven, and about 4-5 officers had me in a room REPRIMANDING and LECTURING me! 

A black Aide named Joyce, put her face up to mine one day as I exited the elevator, and said "You're DEAD!" She flew up into my face another day, outside of the Main Entrance, screaming at me. 

Another time, as I was walking back into the Main Entrance, Tonya began screaming at me; John was outside along with Acey. Tonya then rushed inside after me. I entered the elevator, and Tonya prevented it from closing, screaming "YOU think you OWN this place!" 

Autumn 2024 Tonya rushed up behind me in the lobby, yelling repeatedly: "I'll get YOU OUTTA HERE..!... I'll get YOU OUTTA HERE..!" A tenant named Kevin saw her and rushed to my side. Tonya was SO close that her dress brushed up against me. 

May 3rd, 2025, about 11:30 am, tenant Kay in Unit 321, flew out of apartment 301 and sprayed a chemical towards me. I had stopped to talk to the tenant in 300, and the tenant in 307. I called police and reported it. Cherrell Thomas did nothing, as usual.

These are violations of The Federal Fair Housing Act, The Americans With Disabilities Act, and violations of my Civil and Human Rights. 

I have BEGGED the Owner, Sherrod Banks of TBLF, Kerry Davis of First Rate Property Management, and Office Manager Cherrell Thomas, to stop. They are black. 

NO OTHER TENANT has been incessantly targeted/ antagonized, been subjected to abuse, taunting, harassment, hostility, and now Falsely Imprisoned against their will.
