Moratorium on Data Center

Dear  Orange County  Commissioners:

I urge you to use your local policy-making power to oppose Data Centers and Detention Centers to protect me and other constituents and our community.  

And as of the latest understanding, I am in favor of a moratorium.

On behalf of the Orange County Board of Commissioners thank you for sharing your viewpoints on data centers and detention centers.  We have a public hearing on a one-year moratorium on large-scale data centers at our April 21, 2026 business meeting at 7pm at Southern Human Services.
