Warm Holiday Wishes- With Ongoing Care and Support from The Hope Center for Youth and Family Crisis

As we enjoy the holiday season and prepare to welcome the New Year, we want to take a moment to wish you, your team, and your loved ones a very happy holiday season and a safe, healthy, and hopeful New Year!

This past year has been one of growth, resilience, and meaningful impact. We are grateful for the continued collaboration, dedication, and support that allows us to serve youth and adolescents in our community. As we look ahead to 2026, we remain committed to strengthening our services and ensuring that those in need receive care, compassion, support, and hope, especially during the holiday season that can be challenging for many.

Please note that all the services will remain uninterrupted throughout the holiday season. The Hope Center for Youth and Family Crisis resources will continue to operate 24/7!

MORES- Available for ages 3-20 years of age, in Wake, Durham, Johnston, Orange, and Harnett Counties! With a call from a parent/caregiver, MORES will dispatch to your location to support your needs, connect to community-based resources, and remain involved for up to 8 weeks to provide care support. 484-215-6756

BHUC (behavioral health urgent care)- Walk in the building, at 400 West Ransom Street Fuquay-Varina, for ages 5-20 years old, 24/7 to be assessed by a clinician and connected to community-based resources. If a longer observation period is needed, the clinician can admit into the BHUC for just shy of 24 hours.

FBC (Facility-Based Crisis)- A crisis-stabilization, inpatient, program for ages 6-17 years of age. Now accepting Alliance Health, WellCare, Carolina Complete, MedCost Contigo Health, AmeriHealth Caritas, and Healthy Blue Children and Families Specialty Plan while we finalize contracts with more providers in the upcoming weeks. The Hope Center is excited to expand access to better assist those in need.
