To ALL Direct Deposit Recipients:
Your Direct Deposit Notification is now available for viewing at our Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal. Simply click on this link https://selfservice.orangecountync.gov/ess/login.aspx. Your ESS username and password are the same logon used to access the county network i.e. work computer logon. Click on Pay/Tax to view your Check Detail and/or click view paycheck image. Your funds will be available at your financial institution when they open for business on Friday.
Other Employee Self-Service features include viewing and printing prior paychecks, viewing and printing your W2s and changing your W4 exemptions.
ESS Mobility
ESS can be accessed from any computer and is available as an App on both Apple and Android devices via the iTunes and Play Store. Attached are instructions for downloading the ESS App. The ESS App has all the functionality of the Desktop version.
If you have any issues logging on to ESS, please call the Help Desk at 919-245-2280 Option 1. All other Payroll questions can be directed to ALL_FINANCE_PAYROLL.
