Who?: Staff on the 2nd floor of Whitted above the Dental Clinic
What?: A network switch failed early this morning during a power event. This has interrupted network and desk phone connectivity.
When?: This morning at 3:03am. IT arrived on-site at 7:55am this morning to start troubleshooting.
When will it be fixed?: Our current ETA is 10:30am today.
