Good evening,
I am writing to express my concern over the lack of progress and communication in receiving the Lumos internet to our home. I have received 2 estimates via email as to estimated completion but one has long passed and the other is passing now.
The lack of communication about this project is frustrating. We are really looking forward to having this service. It is discouraging to be expecting this service and then hear nothing as to why we don’t have it yet. The web site gives old information.
I understand this is a huge undertaking and appreciate your efforts. Could you please communicate to me a realistic timeline and an explanation as to what is happening??
