Lomus cut my DSL line on Saturday 9/30 at approx 3pm due to I received a alert from my webcam. When I arrived back home from Greensboro my Internet and dial up line were both out. Being a weekend Brightspeed message line told me there was a system outage in my area. On MondayIi spoke to a Brightspeed rep and they finally send a tech out 9/26 ( originally they told me 9/28.
the tech arrived and found Lomus had cut the line. the Brightspeed tech ran a wire patch OVER the ground to phone box. this is across the area my neighbor needs to cut their grass.
The Brighspeed tech left without even telling me when this would be repaired. and on Saturday 9/30 one of the Lomus workers showed up, cause they are storing their materials in the same place. I told him they cut my line and they needed to have it fixed. He said he would tell his supervisor. I haven't seen or heard from anybody since.
I need Lomus to FIX the damaged phone line asap, before both companies leave me in the dark. Due to working from home, I cant be without internet for long periods of time.
