Ms. Rhodes and All UNC Staffs,

For the final time, I write to request your immediate and immediately effective resignation from the position of Dean of The College of Arts and Sciences at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from the faculty of The University of North Carolina, and from any and all other UNC and related positions — and to request again that you immediately cease and desist from any and all activities on behalf of or in association with The University of North Carolina, the State of North Carolina, and any of their officials and agents be they more or less formally assigned—as well as those of The University of Southern California and the State of California, be they more or less formally assigned.
