Payroll fraud. HR knows.

   Several employees at Orange county solid waste have taken promotions. Then went back to there old jobs. Why have they been allowed to keep that pay increase.

    Some of employees claim they were paid three or four times when they had covid.

     Some employees who came to Orange county solid waste . Kept their seniority and vacation time. After being gone / terminated from Orange county government employment. There are names but I don't want this to be censored.  

     That should of never happened.  I believe some at HR made some mistakes costing the tax payers of Orange county hundreds of thousands of dollars. Then again with no external investigations you all will never know.  Is all this true. As I said before. Start looking. Don't be surprised. 

    Just because an accounting firm said your budget was created properly.  It does not mean what is in it is correct.
