Community Relations Director kpre...@orangecountync.gov (office) 919.245.2322 Orange County Announces Labor Day Closings Orange County administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Some services normally open to the public will also be closed on September 1. Solid Waste Management Curbside recycling will not be collected on Monday, Sept. 1. Recycling collection will be delayed by one day this week. The Orange County Waste and Recycling Centers, Landfill, Solid Waste Administrative Office, and all related services will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1. Library All locations will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1. As always, emergency services are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
