Hi,

I live in Rougemont on the Orange County side. Recently I have noticed a lot of crews putting orange pipe in the ground along New Sharon Church rd. Highway 57, and along Guess rd. Can you tell me what is being installed, the scope of the work and when it’s scheduled to be completed. I sure hope it’s fiber optic cables or cable tv.
