Increase Salary Supplements for OCS teachers and staff

Hello:

I am a retired resident of Efland.  I am 100% in favor of increasing the salary supplements for OCS teachers and staff.

If you have to increase taxes - do it.  Our teachers and staff have fallen behind and it is not fair to balance budgets on their backs.
