Because, you’ve most likely seen one of the countless multi-factor authentication emails, I won’t go into any whys and wherefores.
But, do allow me to extend an offer of one on one support to each of you in order to ensure the smooth operation of government. If you are a webmail user or a VPN user and you’d like me or one of my teammates to activate your DUO stuff prior to 8AM Thursday morning so we can test it and you can practice with it a bit, please let me know by phone or email. We will contact you and pre-enable your stuff so you don’t get lost in what will most likely be a very busy day for us in IT tomorrow, Thursday August 12, 2021.
