Dear County Commissioners,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Pamela William, and I serve as the Executive Assistant to Dr. Daniella Jaimes-Colina, CEO at Piedmont Health Services. I am writing to extend a warm invitation for you to visit one of our health centers during National Health Center Week, taking place this August.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Piedmont Health Services is committed to providing high-quality, accessible health care to individuals and families across North Carolina—regardless of their income or insurance status. Your visit would offer a meaningful opportunity to see firsthand the essential work we are doing and to engage in thoughtful discussion on how state and federal policies impact our operations and the patients we serve.

We would be honored to host you for a tour of our facility and PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), introduce you to our dedicated staff and patients, and share how we are addressing the unique health needs of our communities. We are happy to coordinate with your office to identify a convenient time during the week. For your consideration, we are currently available on the following dates:
