We have not received a response or an acknowledgment on this. I was denied a service that my taxes fund, and I need this resolved as soon as possible.

As an FYI, we will be demoing our back porch, fixing our shed (attached) and doing small diy projects around the house. I don't see why, as tax paying orange county residents, we shouldn't be able to use this facility. 

Last time I spoke to John Aylsworth he said limit is nothing more than a truck bed's capacity, I am not bringing construction trash every single week, not even every month

but if there is a monthly or yearly limit, we would like to know so we can abide by the rules.

I have lived at Millpointe Efland, NC, since last year; the house needed a decent amount of repairs and still does. We've slowly been repairing it ourselves and throwing the trash away at the High Rock Rd waste center. One of the attendants has been claiming I am a contractor every time I bring construction trash and giving me trouble about bringing it here despite me explaining our situation.

 

We bring household trash each weekend and construction trash only every once in a while and when we do, we bring the allowable amount each time and recycle appropriately. 

It's getting to the point where they said they won't allow us to bring any more trash because they don't believe we're not contractors. 

Can you please advise if there's a way to fix this situation?
