I sent this email and instead of any type of Reasonable Accomodation, and/or assistance in applying, I receive a generic reply giving me a phone number and 3 locations, addresses and times to walk in. 

My medical conditions and symptoms are worsening. 

If there is a 45 minute Intake Interview, that would indicate that there is an application that coincides with the interview.

Good morning.

I need an interview for Coordinated Entry as soon as possible, please. 

You had given incomplete instructions previously; erecting stressful barriers for me. 

1. I am 70 years old.

2  I am Medically Vulnerable, having a documented stroke causing brain injury-brain lesion December 9th, 2025 in addition to rare, painful brain davm with CVD, rare Neuro-Vascular and spine conditions. 

3. I have TRAUMA from being stalked, sexually harassed,  physically groped, since September 11th, 2018, which was documented. I was assaulted 10/15/2018, and continuously taunted, harassed, threatened, assaulted, assaulted with a chemical on 5/3/2025,  held in a room against my will on 11/26/2025 resulting in Criminal Charges against the 2 Perpetrators. 

4. My lease was illegally terminated based upon the Federal and  State VAWA laws, the Fair Housing Act and Americans with Disabilities Act. The stress from reading the Notice of Non Renewal of Lease on December 9th, 2025, triggered a stroke causing a permanent brain injury-brain lesion. 

5. I was DENIED protections under the Violence Against Women Act, although I was a VICTIM since 2018. 

6. I am extremely low income. 

7. I need permanent housing. 

My brain conditions and stroke have affected my sight; I don't drive as much for safety reasons, so I need a telephone interview-assessment please.

Hi Ms. Meschko,

 

Unfortunately the Coordinated Entry interview is not available in a paper application, as it requires sometimes some in-depth conversations with the CE Specialist to get to the appropriate responses.

 

I see in your first email you requested a “telephone interview-assessment,” and that is exactly what a CE interview is. I will have our Housing Helpline prioritize calling you for this interview, hopefully today.

I assure you we have not deliberately arranged it so that your phone does not ring when we call.

 

Our Housing Helpline staff called you yesterday and today to attempt an interview, which I directed them to do because that was my understanding of what you were requesting. If you would no longer like a phone interview, we can definitely arrange an in-person interview. Please let me know what time and location would work for you.

 

Another option is that you can call our CE Specialist Katelin Christiana directly at 919-245-2699. I have advised her to prioritize your call.

I JUST received yet ANOTHER Voicemail Message at 1:39 pm.  When YOU call,  my phone DOES NOT RING. 

Please E-MAIL me an APPOINTMENT for a DAY,  a TIME, and a LOCATION and I WILL BE THERE. 

 

This HAS to be DELIBERATE on the part of Orange County Housing, because I receive Phone Calls from EVERYONE else.

Orange County Housing does NOT want to HELP ME 

I have been BEGGING for Crisis Housing Assistance for a VERY LONG time now. You wouldn't even HELP ME with Eviction Diversion! 

I was a VICTIM of Crime; Abuse, Assault, False Imprisonment, stalking, etc., at Eno Haven Apartments. I SHOULD have had PROTECTIONS under the Federal VAWA and State VAWA, Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act of 2022.

(See United States v David Montanus and Lisa Montanus). 

Whether it's Emergency Crisis Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Coordinated Entry.-Re-Entry. Which ever program I  fall under, I NEED Crisis Housing. Assistance.
