AT&T lines cut on Bobcat Rd. by Lumos/S&N Infrastructure

A picture of AT&T repairmen working to repair their main lines cut by S&S Infrastructure is attached.  Second day of outage.  People work during the day here on Bobcat and surrounding area got messed up because of the needless installation of fiber.  We have had high speed internet for 2 decades.

As I said before, we did not need high speed internet here.  You wasted a lot of money.  Residents have to call it in outages because all the workers do not speak English.

I do not see any markings for AT&T lines, Duke Power and Spectrum.  Did S&N do their job re asking for markings of lines?

Is the county police still protecting the companies that hire illegal workers to pay low wages?  The residents need to be protected from the reckless actions of S&N/Lumos.
