Hi.  I need to speak to someone about an Orange County employee who is using our construction bathroom facilities without permission.  The facility is on private property and I am uncomfortable having a stranger come onto our property unexpectedly for this purpose/no official business.

The car was number 1548.  Can you please confirm for me that this person has been instructed not to use our construction bathroom.
