New and ongoing stalking gangstalking, assaults (if only minor unwanted touching somethimes, but designed with Hollywood and or military level and clearly very expensive intel and planning and so forth to be maximally upsetting and disturbing at the very least, including while sleeping -- by parties clearly informed in advance, and sometimes multiple working in coordination with one another), property crimes, various sorts of rights infringements incursions and so forth, privacy infringements and incursions, 

harassment including financial harassment in all forms, threats, intimidation, abuse and so forth per prior and below and subseqent email --and also including tstill ongoing and new digital/remote/electronic crimes including interferences in communications, including cell phone completely destroyed to unusable via hacking and email inclidents reported here and prior..

Again, this does not including psychological, psychiataric, behaviorial health etc treatment or assistance of any sort, unwanted unnecessary and unwarranted, despite for example defamation past and/or ongoing along these lines, amongst other lines of defmataion. This is not a psychiatric, psychological, behaviorial health etc situaition-- these are crimes against me, inclduing ongoing crimes in process and I am  literally in life threatening circumstances as a result of them (including body and health effects).

Again, peer previous email and other communication and text, I continue to believe per previous that the first necessary actions amongst those still in in involved positions of oversight at USC and UNC and those now still working elsewhere include the immediate removals from the positions they gained through their roles in causing the above and so forth and including for their extreme dangerousness of actions and inactions past and ongoing, both individually and in concert: 1. Kevin Guskiewicz, now President of Michigan State University; 2. Holden Thorp, now faculty at Washington University and St. Louis and active particpating alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill; 3. Elizabeth Engelhardt, Duke alumnus and now Associate Dean for Arts and HUmanities in the College of Arts and Sciences at UNC Chapel Hill and faculty (distinguished named professorship) in the American Studies Department; 4. Patricia Parker, a US armed services veteran I believe who is former Chair of the Department of Communicaton at UNC Chapel Hill and now a distingusihed named faculty and Director of the Institute for the Arts and Humanities. [see further details I have written on this matter in particular in prior emails and texts from this summer to more limited group of people when I was totally disabled from using email]

This is and remains an emergency, and only in part due to details described above below in the to come supplement and in prior communications.

Again, this is amongst other tihngs the most serious, severe, protracted and significant case of illegal fraud and harassment ever to occur with and/or via modern universities, globally. And there is only more info to come that will make this even clearer than what I have already sent both of you and others.
