Dear Sir:

Last year, I saw a handsome black man with beautiful dreads in the Eno Haven Apartments lobby, laughing with the office manager, Cherrelll Thomas.

I was standing in the Mail Room doorway at the time. He looked at me and I looked at him.

A few months later, I attended a Community meeting and when I saw Paul Slack, I realized that it was him that I saw at Eno Haven Apartments. 

There were about 4 to 5 Hispanic women at the meeting, and 1 black woman from the community who seemed to already know Paul Slack.

Unfortunately, Paul Slack didn't want to hear me explain that frail, elderly disabled WHITE tenants at Eno Haven Apartments were being mistreated.

I was explaining to him how a few white female tenants were "chosen" (picked on) by Cherrelll Thomas for bed bug heat treatment A MONTH after the bed bug dog sniffed every apartment and hadn't detected bed bugs. 

One woman hired her own bed bug inspection company, and there were NO BED BUGS.

One frail disabled elderly white woman named Barbara, in Unit 224, was mistreated and screamed at by Cherrelll Thomas when she asked for more time to prepare for the Bed Bug Heat Treatment. 

It is a very time and energy consuming endeavor to prepare for the heat treatment. 

Cherrelll Thomas screamed at  Barbara: "Have Russell help you!" (her son). Barbara FELL and broke her arm trying to adhere to Cherrelll Thomas demands! Barbara deteriorated,  and died in December. 

Paul Slack yelled "Ms. Meschko! I'm going to ask you to leave!" 

I had a few more interactions with Paul Slack, and on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, by phone, he was aggressively pressuring me to accept a Conciliation of $2500 for a current Discrimination Complaint involving TBLF Eno Haven Apartments. I had a documented stroke-brain injury-brain lesion December 9th, 2025, and Paul Slack ended the phone call by snidely saying: 

"I'm glad you're better!" 

Paul Slack is incapable of being NEUTRAL.

When one is more interested in and actively promoting"Racial Justice" and "Racial Equity" there is a lack of Fairness and Equal Treatment for ALL. 

Paul Slack is chummy with Eno Haven Apartments manager Cherrell Thomas. They are closer in age and black. I am white.

I am certain that he is revealing a great deal of information from the investigation being conducted by Shanelle Harvey, to Cherrelll Thomas. 

The investigation is a Fair Housing Discrimination Complaint for Race-Color, Disability and Retaliation. 

Please remove or restrict Paul Slack from this investigation.
