Thank you, commissioners, for the hard work you do.

If the arts are cut, then cultural offerings diminish. Fewer cultural offerings means fewer people travel to attend the offerings, occupancy taxes diminish, and the visitors' bureau funding diminishes as a result. What can be a positive feedback loop (cultural offerings increase visitors' bureau funding) becomes a negative one. Please prevent that from happening!
