Safe or unsafe ? Lack of training ?

A supervisor riding up on an excavator. Next a mechanic riding on the frame  of a truck pulling up a container.  Have a short video of that event. I can provide dates if you would like to check if incidents were ever reported.  I know they  were sent via text and emailed  to my supervisors.  I am sure these are both saftey violations. Lack of safety training and not using common sense. A violation of trust and the misuse of taxpayer's money. Would someone please ask to see all of the documented training classes. Be part of the solution !! Come forward with the truth !!
