Good morning, my name is Michael Lemmon, my family and I live at 2703 Ode Turner rd. Hillsborough. I'd like to inquire on how to go about proposing for a speed limit reduction on Ode Turner rd. between Davis Rd. and Orange Grove rd. Currently the speed limit is 45 mph which I believe allows drivers to assume they can travel at 55 mph causing an extremely dangerous situation on this residential road that often has joggers, dog walkers, and families walking on the shoulder. Please let me know how to proceed with this proposal.
