Great Experience at the Register of Deeds

Hello,
My name is Al Ruggles, and I live in Hillsborough, North Carolina. I wanted to take a moment to share a very positive experience I had today at the Register of Deeds office while applying for a passport.
Molly Kempa was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment, and when we arrived, the entire staff was exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. Although I did not catch her name, the staff member who completed my son’s passport paperwork was outstanding. She was kind, patient, and even took the time to engage my son in a brief conversation about his high school classes, which was greatly appreciated.
The entire process was smooth and well organized, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service provided. I wanted to pass along my appreciation and hope this note reaches the appropriate leadership and staff.
