Good afternoon. I hope this email is informative. I wanted to update you all for the work that will be done over the next several days. Warren Hay and AMS services will be working together to repair the hot water lines that run from the mechanical room into the main building. This hot water is required for comfort cooling that helps with dehumidification. We ask for everyone to please be mindful of the barricades and the caution tape that will be up. The areas that will be affected will be the Southeast side ,entrances to the breakroom, as well as the back entrance of the Health Department and DSS.

Starting on May 16 2025 , We will begin to put out our barricades and caution tape. Warren Hay will start digging the trench on Monday May 19 2025 . This work could take up to 2 weeks to complete ( Depending on the weather )   May 16 – June 1 2025. Please avoid these areas for your safety and ours. Please do not cross barricades. Caution tape will be installed on the interior of affected areas. ( Exits are for emergency use only )  AMS will update as information changes. Any questions or concerns please reply ALL to this email. Thank you for your patience.

Attached will be a photo of this area with a red line drawn.

Good morning, I am following up on the previous work performed. The manufacturer has determined that the installed piping will not withstand the boiler water temperature. Below is the plan going forward weather permitting.

12/8/2025

  • The temporary piping will remain in place and provide hot water to the heating system.
  • The Contractor will start excavation of the permanent lines and remove failing piping.

12/9/2025

  • The contractor will install new lines (Different Manufacturer)
  • The contractor will make permanent connections.
  • The temporary lines will remain in place just in case the installed lines have any issues.

12/9 - 12/12/2025

  • The excavation will remain open so that inspections can be completed and confirmation of no leaks.

12/12 – 12/19/2025

  • The sidewalk concrete will be replaced at the area of excavation, cleaning of the area completed.
  • Barriers will be removed and areas will be reopened.

PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE BARRIERS. PLEASE USE OPTIONAL ENTRANCES. Thank you for your patience.
