RE: Requested Changes in WASMPBA Agreement

We, former elected officials of Orange County and Chapel Hill, request that the Orange County Commissioners delay approval of Chapel Hill's proposed extension of the water and sewer boundary along 15-501S until a fully formulated plan is in place that, at minimum, identifies the expected urban densities along with the fiscal and environmental impacts will have on the Town and the County.
