Update 1: Incoming Phone Calls Fast Busy

Internal to external calls and internal to internal calls are also now sounding a fast busy. We have engaged with additional vendors to continue troubleshooting this issue. 

We are still engaging with the state to get an update on our phone lines inbound.

IT will send another update by 2pm today or sooner.

The central office for our telephone provider has suffered an outage. They are anticipating an Estimated Time to Restore of 9pm tonight.

 

IT will send out an update if we are back online before this ETR.
