Corruption has engulfed California due to violators who continue their crimes, often with the assistance of companies like Baker Ranch, which engage in illegal activities without fear of legal prosecution. This implies that they have connections within the Department of Justice, and these connections are being supported.
In the RICO Act, you must deal with the government, and you cannot threaten us to drop the case and make a decision to move out of CA or tell me to get separated from my finance and make a to-do list to do unless this is my last resort and kill us and more. You are nothing, and you cannot do anything. The Moon won't stay behind the clouds forever.
When Don Barnes, Lake Forest sheriff deputies, Baker Ranch Affordable LP, Solari Enterprises Inc, AMC-CA Inc, and others threatened me to close the lawsuits and move out of California and get separate from your fiancé, otherwise they will kill me, it means they have a connection in the Justice Department. They have no fear of legal consequences or prosecution due to their support for them.
When I mailed a report detailing the forgery, felony, corruption, and illegal activities of various individuals to Senator Adam Schiffer, he responded with an unrelated answer about what constitutes a felony and what can be prosecuted, ignoring the content of my report, which suggests that violators are widespread and often have connections with government officials.
When Judge Maria Hernandez and other judicial officers knowingly committed misconduct and engaged in illegal activities without fear of going to jail, lost her job, and got prosecuted, it suggests they have connections everywhere that support them. The most important place is the Justice Department.
When a magistrate and district judges of federal court— I repeat, a federal court— commit misconduct knowingly and misdirect corrupt Chief Coroner Don Barnes and 12 corrupt deputies of the Lake Forest Sheriff’s Department to dismiss cases and support Don Barnes and the deputies who have recently been prosecuted by the U.S. Justice Department for violations of the civil rights of people, and supported Baker Ranch Affordable LP, Solari Enterprises Inc., AMC-CA Inc., Meta Housing, and others involved in the RICO Act, it indicates they have connections everywhere, especially in the U.S. Justice Department, to cover up all these illegal activities and RICO Act violations.
When the corrupt Attorney General Rob Bonta received all the documents concerning corruption and misconduct against Don Barnes, the Sheriff's Deputies, Baker Ranch Affordable LP, Solari Enterprises Inc., and others, his office destroyed them and never responded. This implies they are all part of this RICO Act.
When you arranged for Arash Moslehi to get close to our lawsuit cases, the first thing he mentioned was Shahla Zandi—or Shalla Zandi—who is connected to Matthew Zandi, the former Orange County District Attorney deputy and current Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel to the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights. He claimed she is addicted to drugs and provided us with valuable information. He attempted to obtain information from us, but he was unsuccessful, and then he began to abuse, harass, and threaten us. I filed a restraining order against Arash Moslehi to stop his harassment of my fiancé and me, but he did not show up in court. When Judge Bancroft did not grant me the temporary restraining order and prevented me from speaking, the court sheriff's deputies aggressively told me that I should serve him or dismiss the case. We then began to investigate Arash Moslehi further and uncovered details about his background and prior cases.
Arash Moslehi couldn't even file a lawsuit against Baker Ranch Affordable LP and the other entities in his complex lawsuit because he couldn't live there, and subsequently, couldn't sue all those entities and individuals in court. Nobody has responded or complained against Arash Moslehi since I wrote to Judge Maria Hernandez about the misconduct of Judge Bancroft in Arash Moslehi's Case.
Arash Moslehi complained against County of Orange, ZANDI AND ASSOCIATES, LLC, SHAHLA ZANDI, SEA COUNTRY TOWING AND RECOVERY, INC, Meta Housing Corp, LA, along with Baker Ranch affordable LP, Solari Enterprises Inc..
County of Orange, ZANDI AND ASSOCIATES, LLC, SHAHLA ZANDI, SEA COUNTRY TOWING AND RECOVERY, Inc. have nothing to Baker Ranch Affordable LP who is the landlord of Arroyo at Baker Ranch and his wrongful eviction in this case unless they are part of Baker Ranch Affordable LP's hidden partners that Arash Moslehi was talking about.
Arash Moslehi stated that the individuals you are filing lawsuits against pose a danger due to their power and connections everywhere, and one of their sources of power is Matthew Zandi, who is Shahla or Shalla Zandi. Matthew Zandi is the current Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel to the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights Division, and he previously served as an AUSA & U.S. DOJ Senior Trial Attorney. He took his current position in April 2025 to address the Civil Rights complaints.
Arash Moslehi stated that they have power and the owners of SEA COUNTRY TOWING AND RECOVERY, Inc. are connected to the FBI, which is why everything we send—documents and reports—to the California Orange County FBI gets destroyed. They take pictures of people's personal IDs and driver's licenses when they call to have their cars towed to collect their information, and God knows what they are doing with people’s confidential information. They can check the ID card to confirm the person's ownership, but taking a picture is illegal, and everything will be clear in court.
Matthew Zandi ended up in a department and position that must take care of people's complaints and cases in the civil rights division of the U.S. Justice Department, where they must investigate violations, fraud, misconduct, corruption, and illegal activities of Law enforcement, including Don Barnes and sheriff deputies, and other involved parties in the RICO Act cases. It seems he ordered the new CA U.S. Attorney agent, Bilal Essayli, to ignore our report because he didn't investigate and prosecute violators in the Don Barnes and Lake Forest Sheriff Department station cases in the Central federal court and did nothing despite all of my reports.
Since 2023, you have aimed to sabotage my fiancé and me through RICO Act actions that affect our personal and professional lives. You have plotted against us at every turn and in every part of our lives, even retaliation in the California Superior courtrooms in my cases, since we exposed your corruption, fraud, felonies, forgery, and other illegal activities, and we refuse to accept oppression. The violators and criminal individuals engaged in these unlawful activities without facing any legal consequences or fear of prosecution, due to the Justice Department's support and permission to violate our civil rights, as well as its use of the RICO Act to prevent us from standing up for our rights and against the violators. We are firmly opposing your corruption and injustice; we have numerous documents that substantiate our claims against you.
We have recorded a documentary film about your corruption, including all relevant documents and evidence against you for the cinematic documentary. The filmmakers are particularly interested in this RICO Act situation, and it is currently in the editing stage. This level of corruption is unprecedented in the history of the United States. Everyone needs to know about your corruption, fraud, felonies, illegal activities, who you are, and what you are doing to us and others for your illicit gain. This country upholds the law, and no one is above it. Deceiving people and violating citizens' civil rights is pervasive in California, as is organized crime that targets innocent individuals, making decisions about their lives as if they were mere chess pieces.
Andrew Do was a corrupt Orange County government employee and a member of the Board of Supervisors who stole $10 million from government funds—money intended to feed the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic—using it instead to pay property taxes on his home and financially support his daughter. According to District Attorney Todd Spitzer, bribe payments were made to both of Do's adult daughters, including Rhiannon Do, who reached a deal with federal authorities to avoid prosecution, while Andrew Do currently faces up to five years in prison. He married the former assistant presiding judge Cherry Pham amid an FBI investigation for bribery and scheming. She is still serving as a Judge in Family Court and worked on one of my cases, rejecting my request illegally without filing my documents because they are part of the RICO ACT.
You set me up in the courtroom for retaliation on multiple occasions, furthering your plans to create problems for me in court and wanted to falsely arrested by the District Attorney and put me in jail, intending to kill me in prison, similar to the many civil rights violations committed by OCSD and OCDA from 2007 to 2025. In jail, people died, and the Justice Department signed a settlement agreement with OCSD and OCDA to stop their violations and nasty plans instead of prosecuting all of them and removing them from their current positions. So we can see they are continuing their violation against us and depriving and violating our civil rights for a long time.
But you failed at this nasty plan and sent your two trashy lawyers, Paymon Bidari and Steven David Silverstein, to harass and abuse me again to stop me from RICO Act lawsuits. The corrupt and trashy lawyer Steven David Silverstein has been under investigation since 2023. If you continue to harass and abuse my fiancé and me more than you have done since today before getting served with the RICO Act lawsuit, whether through this trashy dog or other corrupt lawyers, I will file a restraining order against you. I have enough documentation to support it.
Corrupt Chad Bianco and the Riverside Superior Court at the Palm Springs Courthouse received my letters yesterday. I notified them that they would be served with a RICO Act lawsuit and provided them with the RICO Act list. They sent their trashy dog for Kevin Vert, aka Kevin Jeffrey Vert's case, today. I was dismissed from my case against Vert fifteen days ago, and their nasty plan was thwarted in the courtroom against me. In the RICO Act, it will be evident why Judge Colover connected three unrelated cases without explanation, and why all of Paymon Bidari's cases ultimately ended up in her courtroom at the Central Justice Center.
You are so funny, and reading your card is very easy because you are doing whatever you want to illegally due to corruption and betrayal within the justice department. Bidari threatened to sanction me in the court because of the reality I declared during filing my notice of dismissal, and already informed the corrupt CHAD BIANCO and his deputies about life-threatening text messages, but they did nothing to protect us. No wonder, since they are all part of the RICO Act and this systematic corruption line.
You sanctioned me, but what do you plan to do about the other individuals, organizations, and companies connected to me and my life who have been impacted by your criminal activities, fraud, felonies, corruption, and violations over the last two years? You cannot take action because we have substantial evidence against you, and this is one of the significant RICO Acts in the United States. If anyone attempts to flee the United States of America, they will be returned by international courts and law enforcement. These RICO Act cases are not just criminal cases; they also involve national security and political matters.
You threatened me to drop all the lawsuits; if not, you would kill me and get me into a big mess. They sent a text message saying they are watching us. But law enforcement did nothing.
