8/29/25 PAYROLL - *IMPORTANT UPDATES!*

REMINDER: **TIMECARD APPROVALS ARE DUE TODAY 8/25 BY 10:30AM**

Please be aware of the following important updates regarding payroll and system availability:

System/County Holiday

• Friday, August 29 – Munis will be unavailable all day.
• Monday, September 1 – County offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

Action Required

• Carefully review your timecards in Kronos for accuracy.
• Review your pay stubs in ESS (available Wednesday, August 27).
• Report any pay corrections to the Payroll Team by 2:00pm on Thursday, August 28.

Important Information

• Since Munis will be down on Friday (08/29) and banks will be closed on Monday (09/01), any additional pay owed due to timecard errors will not be received until Wednesday, September 3, at the earliest.
• Managers: Please ensure employees have no missing punches and that all leave requests are approved before signing off on timecards.
