To whom it may concern,

I hope the current Cypress Village management team will resign (LELAND MANAGEMENT, 6972 Lake Gloria Blvd, Orlando, FL 32809). The recent atrocities that have transpired at their properties are a direct result of a catastrophic failure in leadership and crisis management. This lack of action is not only apparent to me but to the entire community.
