The two teams from Lithuania arrived late last night, about 8:30 p.m.
The younger team (Dodgers) lost, so they'll be playing for 5th place
at 10 a.m. today. SportoVilkai won (against Belarus) so they were
very happy. Their second game was delayed for about 60-90 minutes due
to a rain shower, so they began playing at 9 a.m. to finish that
game. They were down by 5 runs, but, due to the tie breaker rules,
they can still play in the championship game if they lose by 4 runs.
We hope to see them in our game.

The Lithuanian families BBQ'd for us last night, and the food was
awesome. Sausage, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cole slaw, and
miscellaneous beverages. (most of) The adults stayed up till almost 1
a.m. having lots of laughs, even with some lengthy translations.

Today, we play in the championship game at 4 p.m. After that, we're
not really sure what the agenda is. There is some confusion whether
we'll be having another picnic or if we are on our own. The
SportoVilkai team is leaving tomorrow for a tournament in Italy, and
since we all took the same bus to Utena, we know we all can't travel
back to Vilnius on the same bus.

Will keep you posted on the results of our game today. The boys are
excited, and hope to be playing their friends from SportoVilkai.
