Affine Transformation [OcamCalib]

I am using the OcamCalib toolbox to model fish eye lens with FOV of 198 degrees.

 Moreover, I also use higher-order(10) polynomial approximation for inverse mapping. 

The affine transformation components are not identity. 

However, When the actual affine transformation obtained from calibration is applied, reprojection error increases.

Does it imply that the affine matrix from the calibration is not correct,?

As mentioned, beyond 4th order polynomial approximation, the accuracy does not increase,  In my case, I observe an increase in accuracy when using higher-order polynomials.
